Account Deletion

Natna AI is privacy-first by design. You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once processing is complete.

You can request account deletion in either of these ways:

From the app (recommended)

1. Sign in to your Natna AI account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account → Delete Account.
4. Confirm your password or sign-in method.
5. Review the summary and tap Delete my account.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email support@natna.ai from the address linked to your account with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include your full name and the email used to register. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize the following, where applicable:

• Your profile information (name, email, preferences).
• Chat history and conversation context.
• Uploaded documents, images, and audio files.
• Generated content stored in your account.
• API keys and integration settings tied to your account.
• Usage history and saved projects.

Active subscriptions are canceled. You will not be charged for future billing periods after deletion is confirmed, subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

Some information may be retained for a limited period where necessary:

• Billing and transaction records required for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention (typically up to 7 years).
• Security logs and abuse-prevention records (typically up to 90 days).
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify you.
• Information we are legally required to keep or that is needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Backups containing your data are purged on a rolling schedule, usually within 30 days of account deletion.

Account deletion through the app is typically processed within 24 hours. Email requests are usually completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is finished. Until then, you may still sign in and cancel the request by contacting support if deletion has not yet been completed.

If you want to remove specific content but keep your account, you can:

• Delete individual conversations from your chat history.
• Remove uploaded files from Document AI or Image Studio.
• Clear saved drafts and projects from your workspace.

For a full export of your data before deletion, contact privacy@natna.ai.

If you signed up with Google, Apple, or another provider, deleting your Natna AI account does not delete your third-party account. Revoke Natna's access in your Google or Apple account settings if you no longer wish to use social sign-in.
