Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Natna AI ("Natna," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@natna.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or remain inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable law.

Natna AI provides AI tools for translation, writing, image generation, document processing, speech, and related features for Tigrinya, Amharic, English, and other supported languages.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Generate or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Services or underlying models.
• Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Use output to develop competing models or services in violation of applicable restrictions.
• Submit sensitive personal data you are not authorized to share, including health, financial, or government ID data, unless the Services explicitly support such use.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services ("Input"). Subject to these Terms, you grant Natna a limited license to host, process, and transmit Input solely to provide and improve the Services.

You are responsible for Input and for ensuring you have all rights necessary to submit it. AI-generated output ("Output") may not be unique; similar output may be produced for other users.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and included usage are shown at checkout or on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a specific offer.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Free plans include daily or monthly usage limits on chat, translation, writing, and other features. We may modify free-tier limits or availability at any time. Excessive or automated use may be restricted.

The Services, including software, branding, design, and documentation, are owned by Natna or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology except as needed to use the Services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, we assign to you our rights in Output generated specifically for you through the Services, to the extent permitted.

THE SERVICES AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." AI OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR INAPPROPRIATE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT, ESPECIALLY FOR LEGAL, MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, OR OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATNA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATNA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natna from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Input, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may delete your account as described on our Account Deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
